Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please
[email protected] ASAP. You may reschedule up to one week prior to your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. You will be required to put down a second deposit, but both deposits will be taken out of your tattoos total cost and no extra money will come out of your pocket.
If you need to reschedule with less than one week prior to your appointment, your first deposit will be forfeited. This allows the artist compensation if they are unable to fill your slot.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying the artist, your appointment will be cancelled. If you no-show to an appointment completely without any notice to your artist, you will be unable to re-book in the future. This is up to the discretion of the artist and situation and may be subject to change under specific circumstances.Do not show up more than 5 minutes early.
